Nutrient-Dense Banana Bread Recipe
The secret to this recipe is the Einkorn Flour. Every bread has a solid 24g of protein + is super easy on the tummy. If you don’t know about the amazing benefits of einkorn flour, let me enlighten you:
High in protein
Easy to digest
Low in gluten (those w/ celiac should still avoid)
NOT sprayed w/glyphosate
High in vitamins/minerals
